Rollies
HB RTS provides tailor-made RTI solutions and related services in the supply chain that help to reduce your costs and improve your carbon footprint. From rental, management and cleaning to optimization of logistics flows, we take care of it! Renting a Rolly is one of these services.
What is a Rolly?
A Rolly, or transport roller, is a rolling half-pallet that can be rolled manually by one person without using lifting equipment. This is the biggest advantage in comparison to a pallet. Rollies are indispensable in supermarkets, shops and (small) storage areas. Our rollies conform to industry standards and are available in a steel version (often used in the Netherlands) and in a version with a plastic deck (used internationally).

Rolly rental for short or long term
Depending on your needs, HB RTS offers the possibility to rent rollies for both short term and long term. Rental for the long term is highly suitable for suppliers who need a fixed number for a long period of time. Short-term rental is especially interesting for peak periods or one-off promotional activities.
Types of rollies for rent at HB RTS
To provide you with the best possible service, you can rent three types of rollies from us:
- HB Steel Rolly: With its rolling half-pallet format, the Steel Rolly is ideal for transporting crates, among other things. The design is robust thanks to the galvanized steel material and the transport roller is fully recyclable with a long service life. In addition, the smoothly rounded corners ensure safe use.
- HB Low Noise Rolly: The Low Noise Rolly is a variation on the Steel Rolly and has been especially designed for loading and unloading without a noise pollution for local residents and night-time deliveries in built up urban areas. This picking trolley is often used for silent night deliveries to supermarkets and other retailers. Research by TNO has shown that the Rolly stays below the 60 dB limit during use thanks to the rubber wheels.
- HB Euro Rolly: The Euro Rolly has a recycled deck and low-noise rubber wheels and was specially designed for loading and unloading without causing noise pollution. This Rolly is popular for silent night-time deliveries to supermarkets and other retailers. Research by TNO has shown that the Rolly stays below the 60 dB limit during use thanks to the rubber wheels.
