What does managing reverse logistics entail?

We take care of the complete handling of your company's returns. We do this particularly for organizations with complex return flows in the retail. For example, we’re responsible for counting, sorting, registering and transporting packaging and load carriers to your suppliers. Of course, we ensure proper administrative handling of all returns. You are taken care of during the entire process so that you can keep your focus on your primary process.

Cost reduction by outsourcing your returns management

Many of our customers experience a significant cost reduction by outsourcing return logistics. Thanks to our experience and the techniques we apply, we work efficiently and can accurately count all returns. This results in a major reduction in deposit shortages.

We use dock scanning for counting, where the returns flow passes through a scanner so it is no longer necessary to count returns at the point of sale. This saves you many man-hours and you’ll experience considerably less wastage. This makes outsourcing return management very cost-efficient for you and any franchisees.
