HB RTS recently purchased approximately 550 special 'Halal Only' pallet boxes for GoodLife. These pallet boxes are exclusively intended for halal products and support GoodLife in strictly separating halal and non-halal flows within their logistics process.
With Pure Ingredients, GoodLife has a special halal factory where production takes place according to strict guidelines. As a logistics partner, HB RTS actively contributes ideas to this chain and therefore offers a solution that fully complies with halal requirements.
Clearly recognizable and safe to use
The 'Halal Only' pallet boxes have been deliberately designed to prevent confusion or cross-contamination. They have:
- A different color: blue instead of the regular purple pallet boxes;
- A clear label with the text "ONLY FOR HALAL," large and visible on the box.
This makes it clear at a glance that these pallet boxes are intended exclusively for halal products.
Customized washing process for maximum safety
In addition to the physical modifications, HB RTS has also specifically designed the washing process for the halal stream. The halal pallet boxes are always washed immediately after cleaning the machines. This prevents any residues of non-halal meat from the machines ending up on the pallet boxes.
