HB RTS is expanding into the United States

We are proud to announce the expansion of our operations into the United States. With an operational hub in Ohio and a rapidly growing network across the Midwest and the East Coast, HB RTS is building a strong foundation to support U.S. manufacturers with sustainable, efficient, and flexible solutions for the packaging and transportation of liquid bulk products.

Based on proven European expertise

For years, HB RTS has been helping European manufacturers in the food & beverage, cosmetics, and household goods sectors improve operational efficiency, reduce packaging waste, and implement circular solutions. This experience forms the foundation of our operations in the U.S. With our rental and pooling services, optimized liners, and digital tools for asset tracking and supply chain visibility, we bring immediately applicable solutions to the U.S. market.

Meet the American team

HB RTS USA is led by Ian Camwell, Managing Director North America, and Ramon Conte, Market Director USA. Both bring extensive experience from TPS Rental Systems, which is now part of HB RTS, and are focused on understanding the specific needs of American manufacturers.

“The U.S. market offers plenty of opportunities to make bulk logistics for liquids smarter and more sustainable,” said Ian Camwell. “We want to build long-term partnerships and demonstrate the operational and sustainability benefits that reusable solutions offer.”

Ramon Conte adds: “We gain valuable insights into local challenges and opportunities. By combining our expertise with knowledge of the U.S. market, we can offer solutions that have already proven themselves in Europe and make a real impact here as well.”

Focus on strong industrial regions

In the initial phase, HB RTS USA will focus on the Midwest and the East Coast, with an emphasis on states with a strong industrial base, such as Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Indiana. The key sectors are:
• Food & Beverage
• Cosmetics & Personal Care
• Household and Cleaning Products

At a later stage, expansion is planned to regions such as Florida, Texas, and eventually the West Coast.

The launch in the United States marks the beginning of a new and promising phase for HB RTS. In the coming period, the team will actively seek out collaborations with industry partners, further strengthen relationships, and capitalize on opportunities to widely implement sustainable bulk packaging solutions within the U.S. manufacturing industry.
