HB RTS expands in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of PPS Group

HB RTS is proud to announce the acquisition of PPS Group in the United Kingdom. Following the earlier acquisitions of TPS in 2024 and TPS USA in 2025, this transaction marks another important step in HB RTS's international growth strategy and in its ambition to build a leading European platform for circular and reusable logistics solutions.

PPS is an established player in the UK market with strong expertise in pooling, rental, cleaning services, and the sale of reusable transport equipment through its Alison Handling division. The company has built a solid reputation for operational excellence and customer-focused service.

With the addition of PPS to the HB RTS network, the organization is strengthening its European presence and further expanding its services. The combination of regional expertise, additional capacity, and shared knowledge increases HB RTS's ability to support customers with reliable, scalable, and sustainable logistics solutions in multiple markets.
