HBRTS is a fast-growing company specializing in the rental, pooling, and cleaning of packaging such as roll containers, crates, and pallets. These are essential in the supply chain of retailers and their suppliers. We are innovating the packaging market with innovative solutions. HB RTS is active in the Netherlands, Europe, England, Germany, and, more recently, the US.

The assignment

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Interim Freelancer) to join our marketing team effective April 1, 2026, who can structure and coordinate marketing projects. In this role, you will serve as the link between marketing strategy and execution, ensuring that projects, campaigns, and marketing activities are planned and implemented efficiently.

You will work closely with the marketing team, sales, and international stakeholders to ensure that marketing initiatives are carried out according to plan.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, and events
• Drawing up and monitoring project plans and deadlines
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Managing the development of marketing materials
• Writing and editing texts for both internal and external communication
• Identifying bottlenecks and ensuring clear follow-up

What are you bringing?

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing communications and project management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Hands-on mentality and results-oriented
• Experience in a B2B environment is an advantage
• Good command of Dutch and English
