Your role as Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you are an indispensable link within our finance department. Together with four colleagues, you ensure the accurate and timely processing of our financial flows and actively contribute to a healthy cash flow and reliable reporting.

Your responsibilities

  • Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices (AP & AR)
  • Matching invoices with purchase orders, agreements, and rates
  • Monitoring approval processes and preparing payments
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables and contact customers and suppliers
  • Processing and reconciling bank entries and identifying discrepancies
  • Support with VAT returns, tax audits, and price management

What do you bring to the table?

  • You have an MBO+ working and thinking level in a financial-administrative field.
  • You have experience with financial administration (AP/AR) and working with accounting or ERP systems.
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview, even during peak periods.
  • You think proactively and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your work.
  • You communicate easily with colleagues and external parties and are fluent in Dutch and English (German is an advantage).
  • Do you have experience with specific systems or tools? That's a bonus, but more importantly, you are eager to learn and enjoy working with digital systems.
