• Leading, coaching, and coordinating the UK-based procurement team, while fostering collaboration, performance, and alignment across regions.

• Serve as a strategic business partner for internal stakeholders and provide support for warehouse expansion projects, digitalization initiatives within procurement, and other cross-functional business objectives.

What are you bringing?

You have a business-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both suppliers and internal stakeholders. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic and hands-on approach and thrive in a dynamic international environment.

In addition, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with at least 5 years of experience in procurement within an international environment.

• Demonstrable experience in procurement within logistics, transportation, warehousing, and/or services, including supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement governance.

• Strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into concrete improvements for the organization.

• A proactive, enterprising, and results-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, and a willingness to travel regularly within Europe.

Experience with facilities procurement, ESG initiatives, and the digitization of procurement processes is considered a strong asset.
